Where can I find the model number of my machine?

Your machine model number is available on the base of your machine or on the side of your box.

3. Cleaning and Care FAQs

When to rinse, clean and descale my machine.

We recommend the following:

  • Rinse your machine after each use and clean your removable parts daily after your last use with warm, soapy water.
  • Clean your machine with a liquid solution 3 times a month, or as required depending on usage or if the drinking capsules that you are using contain milk.
  • Descale your machine with a liquid solution once a month or as required depending on usage, water hardness or if the drinking capsules that you are using contain milk.

 

What should I use to clean and descale my machine?

Always use a liquid solution and never use vinegar, vinegar cleaners, salt, tablets or powders, as they may harm the machine.

 

How to clean and descale my machine.

Please refer to the specified instructions in your User Manual alongside the product instructions to clean or descale your machine appropriately. Alternatively, you may contact us via the contact details below.

PLEASE NOTE: Some machine models will prompt you to descale your machine. If your rinse button is flashing red when you are dispensing drinks, this is a prompt that you need to descale your machine. Please follow specific machine instructions in order to activate the descaling program.

 

Why is the rinse button flashing red when I am dispensing beverages?

This indicates that your machine needs to be descaled. Please refer to the specified instructions on your user manual in order to activate the descaling program.

 

I have descaled my machine but why is the red light still flashing?

This suggests that there were steps within the process that were not completed fully, or that the descaling program was not activated successfully therefore only the cleaning process was completed. You will need to descale your machine again.Please refer to the specified instructions on your user manual in order to activate the descaling program. 4. Order Enquires

How much is postage?

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10 across all locations within Australia.

 

Can my order be delivered to an address outside Australia?

Orders can only be sent within Australia. If you are residing outside Australia, please contact us for further assistance (via details below).

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days of you receiving the order confirmation email. The arrival date will vary depending on your location however you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email and will be able to track your order via the nominated carrier’s website. For further information you may contact us via contact details below.

 

Can I designate a delivery time and date?

It is not possible to schedule an exact time or date for your delivery at the time you place your order. Our nominated carrier is Australia Post.  They will deliver your item between local business hours of 9-5pm Monday-Friday.

From April 2017, changes will be made to the Signature on Delivery service.  The current eParcel options that requires a signature on delivery, will now default to Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave.  You will still be required to sign for a parcel whenever you are home but if you are not home and the driver determines there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises, they will leave it there and take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely.

If there’s no safe place, the driver will leave a card as they normally would – and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for.

 

What if my product is lost or damaged during transit?

Can I amend/cancel my order once it has been processed?

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check this confirmation carefully and inform us of any mistakes as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to amend or cancel your order before it is dispatched however we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

 

If I order more than one item will they be despatched together?

This will depend on the size and quantity of your items.

 

How secure is the checkout process?

This site uses a secure SSL certified and integrated payment gateway. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have taken precautions to ensure that your method for accessing the website does not expose you to risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system.
